Elias M. Mahshie’s area of practice is foreclosure defense, concentrating on mortgage workout negotiations and other real estate-related matters.

Elias is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law. As a law student Elias was a member of the FSU College of Law Journal of Land Use and Environment Law and was honored for distinguished pro bono service. Elias law clerked at the Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski and was mentored directly by Kevin Jursinski.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski & Associates, Elias interned for the Office of the State Attorney for the 20^th Judicial Circuit as well as a full service law firm in Fort Myers, Florida.

Elias earned his Master of Arts degree in International Affairs and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida State University. He was born and raised in S.W. Florida, graduating from Charlotte High School in Punta Gorda, Florida.
